Fast-paced, high growth third party logistics company (www.capacityllc.com) requires an experienced Sales Associate or an ambitious college graduate looking for an exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities: the Sales Associate will provide day-to-day sales support and direct sales alongside senior management. We are looking for clients who ship products to consumers, boutiques, and major retailers requiring EDI. We provide third party order fulfillment services, including: pick-pack-and-ship, assembly, etc. The position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Handling inbound sales inquiries, by telephone and email;
• Working with sales tools like SalesForce.com and Google AdWords;
• managing relationships with vendors including the above and database providers of sales information and potential leads;
• managing and monitoring the sales budgeting and tracking campaign effectiveness;
• guiding facilities tours for prospective or new clients;
• assisting Client Services integration of new clients.
Qualifications: the job requires great communication skills, hands-on computer knowledge, and a very detailed-oriented individual. Additional requirements:
• 2-3 years of computer experience is a must;
• high school degree or GED required,
• college education strongly preferred
• some warehouse/logistics/operations experience preferred
